Wow-- It has been a while!!

I have gotten several emails asking where new pictures are! We have had a super busy month. We started out November campaigning for the election - Aidan was a huge help!

He had his 9 month appt a week ago. I can't believe he is already 9 months. Time has just flown by so quickly. He was 23 pounds 10 ounces and was 29 inches long. I think he has started slimming down a little bit in the legs but that is probably just my opinion :) He is still a big chunk. He is crawling ALL over the place and pulling himself up. He likes to take his hands off from the furniture to see how long he can last before plopping down. He also LOVES to give high fives thanks to his uncle Brian. His Meme also taught him how to turn on and off the lights so now everytime he sees a light switch he goes nuts.

We went to Sioux Falls the weekend before Thanksgiving and had a great time with the Buckneberg/Garry clan. It was so much fun to see all the other little cousins running around. I think Aidan is busy now but as soon as he starts walking/runnin - I think I am in for a surprise :)

We had such a great Thanksgiving seeing family and we can't wait for Christmas to get here. Hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season. I will try to be better about posting pictures!!

We had SO much fun at the pumpkin patch! Aidan slept through the first part but he woke up in time to pick out pumpkins and try to eat them! :) There are tons of pictures so enjoy.....

Rock Chalk Jayhawk

Aidan went to his first KU football game on October 11th. He was such a good baby and had such a good time! He kept 'waving the wheat' to those Colorado Buffs!! ROCK CHALK :)

Play date

It has been a busy fall for us! Aidan is becoming more and more mobile each day so mommy and daddy are exhausted :) He doesn't like to be held as much anymore. He likes to be down on the ground moving around. He hasn't quite mastered crawling but he is working on it. If he sees something that he wants- he moves to get there- it just might not be the most graceful :) He is so funny! His personality is shining through. When he sees someone taking a drink or eating something, he lets out this loud squeal because he wants whatever you want. Even when we are in public. Like tonight, there was a little girl in the booth next to us in the high chair and she was eating crackers. Apparently, Aidan wanted the crackers as well! He also LOVES the computer. If he sees a laptop he goes nuts! He moves over to it and starts banging on the keys. It is really funny! He also likes phones a lot so he must be very much into technology. Oh great- just like his dad! Lucky me :)

We are going to the pumpkin patch tomorrow with Uncle Matt and Aunt Danielle so we will have lots of new pictures to post! Hope everyone is doing well. We are looking forward to the holidays coming up!

Aidan has reached some big milestones since I last posted. He is able to sit up really well, he started eating solid foods, and he has 2 teeth!! It has been a really fun time and I don't know how many times I hear Mike saying 'I just love this age- he is so much fun!!' We just got back from Chicago where we visited Brian. He really looks amazing! You would NEVER know he just had open heart surgery less than 2 months ago. He also went to his first Royals game on Monday night - and they won!! He has been rocking quite a bit and trying to pull his knees up under him so I am afraid he will be crawling fairly soon. I think we will have our hands full once he gets mobile. He is definitely an active little boy! :) Hope everyone is doing well!!
