A few more pics

So I thought I had a lot more pictures to post but it turns out that we haven't taken very many lately. What bad parents!! We will try and do better.... Here are som pictures from swim lessons (he held on to me for dear life!!!) and from the zoo.

I finally gave in to all the emails I was getting to post new pictures! It has been a busy last month and a half. Aidan is walking all over the place. We call him the Energizer Bunny because I seriously don't know where he gets all this energy from. He is in constant motion from the time he gets up until he goes to sleep! He doesn't like to nap for me but continues to take naps at daycare of course. I just like to tell myself it is because he likes spending time with mom and dad! These pictures are all courtesy of my sister from our trip to Houston in late April. This top picture is just for Brian. He warned me never to show anyone that Aidan was playing with my makeup brushes. But that day- that was about all that would make him happy. He also has his new blanket on his lap in that picture that Kelli made him.

I have some other pictures that I need to upload and post as well so stay tuned. I hope to do that in the next day or two.

We also have some exciting news to share. I think we have been able to talk to most everyone already, but if not sorry you are finding this out via the blog! Aidan is going to be a big brother!! I am due on Halloween but will most likely have to have another c-section so we have tentatively scheduled that for October 22nd - the same day as my grandparents anniversary. We are really excited and exhausted!!

Happy St Patty's Day!!

Great Uncle Mike and Great Aunt Deb sent Aidan a St Patty's Day Party kit with all sorts of fun stuff. Since Aidan is SO mobile now and is constantly up walking - it was almost impossible to get a picture. I spent most of my time laughing while trying to get a picture because he would fly by me so fast- I ended up only getting bits of pieces of his shirt in the pic. Oh well-- he is definitely 'active'. First Birthday - Part 1

Aidan had a great 1st birthday!! We had a 'dog' themed party since that was his first word. I will make sure and post lots of pictures. We also had his year check up yesterday. He is 30 1/4 inches tall (75th percentile) and 25 lbs 9 ounces (80th percentile). His head continues to be off the chart at 19 3/4! :) Must be all those brains!! Hope everyone is doing well.
